Why settle for cheap immitations?

If you do a search on google for the word Biobran you will find a few companies making unsubstantiated claims that their immune system product is more effective than Biobran. These are "me too" companies trying to jump on the phenomenal Biobran MGN-3 bandwagon. Ask them for their peer-reviewed research and you will usually find little, if any. Or they will try to pass you off with research from countries like China or Africa which are not as academically respected by those in Western nations or Japan.

"Me too" products will show a graph with no axis labelling, or they will make an argument that their product has more components so it "must be better". But when health is on the line, we need more than just marketing hype. We need to see peer-reviewed research on a product, and we need to see extensive clinical use. Unfortunately, you just will not find that with most of the "me too" immunomodulators. If you don't believe us, email them and ask them for a full list of their Western peer-reviewed research. See what sort of investment they have made in your health.

Daiwa Pharmaceutical, the manufacturers of Biobran, have invested millions over the past decade to ensure that Biobran is the very best for your immune system. And this is reflected in the high quality of their products, and the fact that these products are the ones that are generally chosen by most practitioners and doctors around the world.

"Me too" products, on the other hand, do not have this level of clinical research, but they still try to present themselves as viable alternatives so they can economically ride on the back of Biobran MGN-3's success.

If you would like to review some of the research that has been undertaken on Biobran you can find it on this site, here, and on the manufacturers site here. There is a lot of spurious information that has been put out by the PR/Marketing divisions of companies on how to compare different immunomodulators, information that seems to be deliberately tailored to hoodwink the consumer into purchasing an inferior product. If you wish to compare immunomodulaters, the best place to start is here.

Biobran tends to me a little more money than the "me too" products because its manufacturer has insisted on backing up their product claims with bona fide clinical research, which is notoriously expensive. And they believe that you will be willing to pay that extra too for an immunomodulator that is tried and tested — that has the seal of clinical and scientific approval. After all, when health is at stake, the last things you need to base your decisions on are marketing hype and a PR campaign.
